We offer premium quality products and services backed by our on-line return policy. Under this policy, you may return any non-perishables products within ten (10) days from the date on the packing slip or delivery work-order (5 business applicable on all plant life- this would exclude koi shipments), products that you purchased directly from Plant Interscapes for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid less shipping, installation and a 20% restocking fee. Contact us at 888-802-BLOOM or email sales@chicagohouseplants.com for assistance. We strive to achieve 100% accuracy in every aspect of our transactions. (*quantity and pricing are subject to changes without prior notification. Seller cannot be held responsible for advertisement errors or any other related misprints, and or online misrepresentations of sales due to erroneous and or system errors beyond our control. All live plants and Koi are guranteed to arrive healthy & safe. Generally shipments for all live perishables will go out on Mon-Wednesday with some exceptions made at the discretion of the seller (i.e. in cases of severe weather, holidays, etc). Seller cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or misdirected mail or packages once it leaves our facilities if items are not insured. Shipping Insurance is highly recommended and is available per the buyer’s request and can be invoiced separately.
Return Policy
· All items are shipped are carefully wrapped, cushioned, and packaged to ensure safe arrival for your enjoyment with the highest expectations. However if your package arrives in severely damaged condition beyond normal handling due to un-foreseen mishaps the seller must be notified immediately upon shipment receipt. Should it be necessary for the item to be returned per the sellers' request, packaging/box must be postmarked and sent back within 48 hours (at buyer's cost) from date of arrival for full purchase price of that same item as credit towards future purchase less (S&H at noted above). All shipping inquiries can be emailed to shipping@chicaghouseplants.com (i.e. ETA requests, tracking, etc.).
· Returns must have all original packaging and invoice, and should be in re-sellable condition should minor defects be a direct result of the shipper's mishandling. Any missing portions of the items original shipping contents could void a buyer’s ability to return an item - this is not applicable for perishable items.
· Please allow at least 7-14 business days for us to process your return. Any and all claim requests via USPS, US, and other shipping carriers is to be carried out per their guidelines and or investigative procedures; thus, your patience to adhere to these guidelines helps ensure the timely and accurate processing of your claims - Final determination regarding claim approval/denial is based on shipping carriers' regulated policies and as the seller accepts no responsibilities related to these determinations. As in all instances, our customers are our #1 priority and we sincerely appreciate your continued business.
